How much does mobile espresso bar catering cost?

What’s included in a package?
Every package includes a professional barista, fully-equipped espresso bar, specialty-grade espresso, your choice of milk options (oat, almond, dairy, and more), unlimited handcrafted drinks for the full service window, and complete setup and breakdown. Select packages add custom signage, branded cup sleeves, and a signature drink created for your event.
How much space does the coffee bar take up?
Our standard setup fits in a 6′ × 6′ footprint — small enough for indoor venues like offices, banquet halls, and hotel ballrooms, and sturdy enough for outdoor events. Just share your venue layout when you request a quote and we’ll confirm fit before booking.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 4–6 weeks for smaller events and 2–3 months for weddings and large corporate gatherings — especially for spring and summer weekends, which fill fast. That said, reach out even if your date is coming up soon and we’ll do our best to make it work.
Do you serve events outside of Racine?
Yes. We serve all of southeast Wisconsin — Milwaukee, Kenosha, Waukesha — and the greater Chicago area. No travel fee for events within Racine. A modest travel fee applies for other locations. See our Milwaukee and Chicago catering pages for city-specific details.
Can I customize the drink menu?
Absolutely. Weddings and brand activations get a full custom menu consultation — including a signature drink named after your event, couple, or brand. Corporate clients can request specific milk alternatives, sugar-free syrups, and branded presentation. Start with our standard menu as a baseline, then make it yours.
Do you offer decaf and non-dairy options?
Yes to both. Decaf espresso is available on request at no extra charge. Oat milk is our standard non-dairy option; almond, soy, and coconut milk are available with advance notice. Let us know any dietary needs when booking and we’ll handle the rest.
What’s the difference between a mobile espresso bar and a coffee truck?
A mobile espresso bar sets up inside your venue — no parking lot required. That means we can go where coffee trucks can’t: corporate offices, hotel ballrooms, wedding venues, and private homes. We bring everything with us, so there’s no vehicle footprint and no logistical headaches for your event coordinator.
